General/Process

- I am most comfortable drawing animals, humans, and other organic creatures. I am still working on learning inorganic things like mechs.

 

-Please send a clear, unshaded reference sheet for me to work with. The exception to this rule is if you want me to draw from life, i.e. a pet or portrait from a photo. If you do not send an unshaded reference, your art could come out inaccurately.

 

-Turnaround time is dependent on multiple factors (real life obligations, work complexity, etc.) but I try to get orders done in less than a month.​​​

-I can do NSFW pieces, but you must be 18 or older to order.

-Regarding revisions, you get one major one or a couple minor ones when I show you the sketch. Everything after inking starts is set in stone for the most part.

Payment and Refunds

- The commission must be paid in full before I start.

​

-Percentages for refunds are as follows: 100% if not started, 50% at sketch, and 25% at lines. I will also send you what stage I was at. I do not do refunds if the piece is completed. If you are dissatisfied with something about your piece, I am willing to make minor fixes.​​​

Uses and Copyright

- Standard commissions are not to be used to make profit of your own. This includes ventures such as merchandise, NFTs, or other methods of resale.

-If buying something like a base, you may use it to make designs for sale as long as my watermark is not removed. However, my 3D models are exempt from this, and are only meant to be used privately or for educational purposes.

​

-You can repost your purchased work, but I must be credited somewhere.

​

-Feeding my art into any AI technology is also not allowed. I do not consent to my work being used in this way.

 

-You may add the value of art you purchased from me if selling a character that the art was made for.

​

-All commissions have the possibility of being posted to my social media pages as work examples, so if you don't want that let me know.​

Preferences

- I will not draw subjects I deem as hate symbols, as well as anything that promotes bigotry (ex: swastikas, racism, transphobia, etc).

-I won't just draw any and all sexual material, it is down to whether or not I feel comfortable with it. Feel free to ask.

​

-Asking for any kind of NSFW material involving minors or real animals is strictly prohibited and will get you banned from commissioning me.

​

-Do not alter any of my works to add in any banned content listed above.
